Sell your Beverage to Grocery Retailers

Grocery retailers can be divided into smaller categories such as conventional supermarkets, big box food superstores and convenience stores.

Changing consumer consumption patterns for food and increased competition from discount chain stores like Wal-Mart and Target are two major factors that affect grocery stores.

In order to be more competitive, grocery stores are offering more prepared meals, as well as other products like prescription drugs, electronics, toys and more products to be that one stop shop.

Grocery stores typically will charge a vendor a slotting fee if they carry your product because they do not make a big margin off your product. Their main source of revenue comes from charging extra fees to vendors.
